Imperial Hotel Express is a great value. I've stayed here twice and will definitely stay again. All of the staff are extremely friendly, kind and accommodating. They remember your name and always say hello when they see you. The rooms are a little small but they are very clean and comfortable. Water is hot with good pressure and the wifi is reliable. The breakfast has a nice variety of warm and cold foods, always very good fruit. The hotel is walking distance (or a $2 Uber) from multiple malls with nice grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

Elva, Nicholas and Medico are a first class reception team: knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They set the standard and staff in all other parts of the hotel matched it. Breakfast offered a good variety: fresh fruit, cereal, toast and a hot plate that changed from day to day. Excellent standard of cleanliness. It was very helpful to have a room that had been adapted for wheelchair users. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to return.

What a pleasure to join the imperial. Friendly from the first second until the last. Well equipped hotel, great WiFi, AND hot shower!!! The breakfast was good, with real coffee. Whole wheat toast. And especially for me, they took care for my motorbike to park it inside the building. Payment done by credit card . Good location

Breakfast had improved since the last time I stayed. Staff were really helpful and welcoming Front of house staff were brilliant - Elva and Raymond especially. Gentleman at the front door was particularly helpful in securing a taxi and making sure driver new instructions
